Individual Session

Bruce Eimer hypnotized Cindy after the second time of mistakenly smoking again and gave the suggestion:
“Smoking is slow suicide. From now on, as a nonsmoker, you are more in control because you accept responsibility of being in charge of you.” After waking she stated: “It had still been controlling me.” That it had to be me from now on “for me, by me, rather than for me, by everybody else.” After six months, Cindy is still not smoking.

I know that cravings are signs of healing. "So confident that you didn’t need anyone else’s approval. You know exactly what you are doing. You don’t worry about what other people think. You are in control, sure of yourself. And you can feel that can-do attitude swelling up as your confidence grows. Because you know that your confidence is right there inside you, where it’s always been."

Thinking about your future…How would you be free…. Like this … only now… in every way? Really consider… how you would be feeling good… like this… now… in every way. How would you have been feeling full of vigor… anytime but now…and only that? How would you have been… anytime but now… a nonsmoker and only that?
Pretend your lungs are free… free...Take a deep breath hold it… and now let it out.. and feel good.

Tell yourself:
Smoking was slowly killing me. Addiction to nicotine didn't really help with stress; it actually created most of the anxiety I felt. Smoking only relieved the physical withdrawal I experienced when the nicotine level in my bloodstream dropped. Once I've gotten through recovery, I'll be able to cope so much better without smoking than I ever did with it.

“Well,” trainer said, “when they are very young and much smaller we use the same size rope to tie them and, at that age, it’s enough to hold them. As they grow up, they are conditioned to believe they cannot break away. They believe the rope can still hold them, so they never try to break free.”
Get freedom from dysfunctional behavior and problems. Beliefs powerfully direct our behavior; some are true, some are false. Ocean Pines Hypnosis can help you change false beliefs into true beliefs. When false beliefs are eliminated your behavior becomes healthy.

Cindy says: That it had to be me from now on “for me, by me, rather than for me, by everybody else.”
My hypnotic technique helps 90% of smokers to cease the smoking habit in one two hour session.4 Yes… it is only a habit... I offer follow up sessions if you continue to make mistakes. Often there are other problems associated with smoking which can be addressed with hypnosis like anxiety.
